Please note that this is private property. The location is a means for the community to dispose of their unwanted commodities which are recycled here freely. Accepting gifts of the bio-degradable kind from community citizens, not affiliated in any way with State or local municipalites and the interests of a business-sense, is still legal in all States within our Nation as of the year 2021 (*check back next year, this could prove otherwise).
